Orders are processed and prepared within 3–5 business days before shipping.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
❌ Order Cancellations & Address Changes

Cancellations: Allowed within 24 hours of placing your order.

Incorrect Address? Contact us within 24 hours to fix it. After shipment, we cannot change the address.
🚚 Delivery Attempts
Most carriers make 2 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, your package may be returned to us.
💥 Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, email us your order number and a photo of the product. We’ll send a free replacement right away.
